You cut and pasted numbers but I thought your point about deficit spending during various times in our history was interesting and I asked you to explain your point in more detail.

MKTBUZZ can't take the truth or truthful debate. There are only two aliases banned from this thread: MKTBUZZ and jlallen. jl can come back anytime he can stop wasting posts with vulgarity. That he has a different opinion than mine on nearly everything is fine by me.

The questions I asked about the past are still open. I hope we learn for the past in order not to repeat it. I have heard it said that this is the first time anyone can remember the US cutting taxes during war. The weak economy contributes only a small fraction to the deficit, tax cuts and spending are the bulk of the surplus==>deficit problem.
