Russ --in regard to electricity usage increases several thoughts: (1) As someone else noted EEI data usually are more bullish than eventual DOE data, (2) a key point is how much of increase is being handled by baseload nuclear and coal? and (3) regional data would shed light on point 2 as southern tier states probably are more prone to need incremental NG generation. Now, having said all that, I think the data are bullish and support the basic position of Andy W. on the emerging importance of NG fired generation -- good luck-- Frank
