Internet Cap Liquidates Onvia.com Stake Vs 17.1% DOW JONES NEWSWIRES April 5, 2004 12:36 p.m. WASHINGTON -- Internet Capital Group Inc. (ICGE) liquidated its stake in Onvia.com Inc. (ONVI), according to an amended Schedule 13D filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On Wednesday, Internet Capital sold 1.3 million shares in a private placement for $4 a share. On Wednesday, Internet Capital reported a 17.1% stake, with beneficial ownership of 1.3 million common shares.
