I though the recall was only the 1.13 parts? Though this would also imply reduced bin splits for the 1.0 parts. Either way, these were fringe parts for both vendors and sold in quantities like present P4EE/FX chips with a slight boost for the 1GHz plateau. Waiting for a Thunderbird however offered a solid performance boost from the full speed on-die cache rather than 1:3 for the last Slot A Athlons.
