Thanks for posting this. It seems weird to me that Comcast incurs the cost of the cable guy installing. I am surprised they cannot just ship out the STB/Harddrive with instructions and then provide support. I have personally found the cable modem support from Comcast to be first-rate. For those of us less initiated, what is the "blue guide"? Questions: 1. Is this the new DVR service that Comcast hopes to launch w/in the year? 2. What is the minimum DIGITAL service package you have to buy from Comcast? 3. Does downloading all that stuff slow your Internet connection speed on a cable modem? 4. What are the restrictions on what you can record 5. Can you skip over commercials? 6. Why in the world does Kentucky get this before the Seattle area?
