Compare Silicon Strategies comments to Michael Happel's post a few back. Supply may come to equal demand, but still sales could rise, as companies that have faced shortages build inventory. Does anyone have current inventory numbers? Last summer they were about 10% of what they were in 2000.

Companies were punished recently for holding excess inventory; now they will be punished for not meeting demand because of short supply. They will build inventory.
