Chambers retires when CSCO dividend is first paid. I guess that is his last act. New institutional money flows into Cisco due to CISCO dividends being paid makes up for outflows from John Chambers retirement. So Chambers feels no guilt in his leaving. James Richardson becomes next-CEO if a Canadian citizen is allowed that honor. Don Valentine would like that.
