Actually, you could not be any more wrong if you tried.

They are now selling R&D systems for 65nm LTP and I heard that Intel and some others could possibly use the process to solve some leakage problems at the 90nm node. Something about they get too much leakage on production wafers at 90nm and LTP solves the problem. I haven't heard much about it in awhile so perhaps Intel and others solved the 90nm issues with leakage and are now in full production?
