I don't know of any. I might have some notes available tomorrow. Serono is active.

I think there has been a lot of patenting and I don't have to tell you that always precedes publication and publication precedes press releases.

By the way this is another example where a kindly gripe to 10K wiz would be in order. "CD30" comes up with nothing (but see sgen and medx), as does "CCR2" (you know where to find these already). Peter got a response about a year ago when they said "oh, yeah letter and number combinations don't work as search terms. Would that be useful in your research?" Duh!

I'll follow up tomorrow if there is more. There was a great Nat Biotech feature on the patent growth in chemokines. Predicted that programs would become commonly known in a year or two or something like that....as the pace of patent claims is waning after a substantial growth spurt.
