William, TPE -- The guy lied right to my face. Also based on a timeline of events that can now finally be constructed with accuracy based on info that was, for the first time, put out in the 10K that came out last week, he raised money at a point that he either knew or shoulda known that he was getting screwed by his Russian partner. Dishonesty and lack of good faith by management is a deal-breaker for me, full stop.

Fortunately for me I was able to get out of even my last shares with a profit, since they had been bought in a private placement at $2.65 a coupla years ago.
