"Nano" has been around for the last 10 or 15 years (MEMS: Micro Electro-mechanical Systems). It is one of those "future technologies" that is always in the future(like GaAs replacing Silicon). For at least 20 years researchers have been able to make small experimental devices at 100nm or less. Picking the timing (for this technology to enter the profitable main stream), and the potential winners is very risky. Use caution!
