Madam, I am fairly well convinced Duray is nuts. Certifiable. He should be in a home for the insane. In fact he may be posting from one. Who knows?

Just some examples: Ray claims the DC sniper attacks were part of a plot by the administration to create a police state. Do you believe that?

He believes the US gov't ITSELF did the 911 attacks. Do you believe that?

He claims US military men are nothing but hired killers. Do you believe that?

And these are just a small, small part of the crazy flights of fancy he has had.
