You said the state has rights. It does not. You used Hitler's exact words. Which was Hitler's argument of course that the collective "State" was more important than the individual right. Exactly the opposite of what Thomas Jefferson stated in the Declaration of Independence. That we are given rights by god. That means all of us not just citizens of this country. All people. You make the mistake that all right wingers make. That government 'grants' us rights. It does not. We have rights, all of us. Even you who would wish to destroy the rights that true patriots have secured us.
