The point is that sectors are falling from bullish to bearish here. Wait until the metals get creamed tomorrow. You can not take industry leaders out behind the woodshed and expect to make new highs.
Any break below 10,500 and this should move quickly. I see no momo at all and this looks like 30 points upside in the $DOW max.

1190 was the high in 1998 as was the highest of the 4 highs in that are in 1998,2001,2002 and 2004.
