persons acting jointly with him (collectively, the “Puplava Group”)
announce that they will be making a formal takeover bid for the common
shares of Kimber Resources Inc. (“Kimber Resources”) through the
facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange in compliance with Exchange
policies. The Puplava Group currently own or exercise control over 19.99%
of the outstanding common shares of Kimber Resources that will be the
subject of the bid. Further information about the Puplava Group may be
obtained from the early warning reports dated December 18, 2003 and
February 19 and 25, 2004, respectively, filed under the name “Kimber
Resources Inc.” on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
Kimber Resources is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and is traded under
