Cow,

Finally have a "work around" for my IE send article via E-mail problem. I just set article up for printing. Then hit Edit...Select All. Then Copy selected text and Paste it to a new message in Outlook Express. A few added keystrokes but it works! Still bothers me I couldn't solve original problem.
