You have a good point about the last takeover offer. I would hope that NUMD learned some lessons from the last time they received an offer, and I'd have to assume that they'd do things differently this time. However, if they do get another offer and the stock price increases significantly, perhaps it would be a good idea to sell the stock immediately just in case the takeover does not happen - like last time.
