The Reserve Bank of Australia left the official cash rate unchanged at 5.25 pct when it announced its money market cash position this morning
The decision to leave rates unchanged was widely expected, with a survey of economists by AFX-Asia showing most in the market had expected the central bank to keep rates steady amid continuing signs of a slowdown in the domestic economy.
