his is a bit confusing and I have no time to get into that, but I believe with Puplova on board, this only can be good for Kimber: puplava wants all of the stock he doesn't own, which includes my shares. if it's going to be so valuable in the future, I'd rather keep my shares and have puplava keep his 19.99%.
