May crude back over $36 on this one, avenues of retreat and subterfuge are getting skinnier and skinnier.

U.S. commercial crude oil inventories (excluding those in the Strategic
Petroleum Reserve) fell by 2.1 million barrels last week. At 292.2 million
barrels, U.S. crude oil inventories are currently 20.9 million barrels less than
the 5-year average for this time of year. Motor gasoline inventories dropped by
0.8 million barrels last week, and are 5.5 million barrels below the 5-year
average. Distillate fuel inventories fell by 4.5 million barrels, with drops in
both high-sulfur (heating oil) and low-sulfur (diesel fuel) inventories
