OK--thanks. That explains your decision. It also explains why I've decided to stay out of Russia despite the fact that a lot of people have made money there. IMHO, unless you are a humgous INternational Corporation you just have no clout at all and are at the mercy of the locals and a notorious prejudicial court system.
