what do you think of the SA Oil Minister's sanguine comments? he seems to blame it all on traders pumping up the price due to low cash rates in US. he says that it must be speculators since inventories are not out of balance.

meanwhile, serious backwardation in oil and NG continues. if it is all speculators, why would there be so much backwardation, which implies a bearish outlook?
