I spoke with WAVX concerning some questions I had about recent procedings. Of course they were limited to what they could and could not say. I did not find out if they were doing anything active with Earthlink though.

They are still working with the Legal services business that has generated revenues for them. They are still working with IBM (press release about 5 months ago) except the nature of their dealings has changed. (That's about all that was indicated). Their major focus is implementing OEM relationships to make WAVX the standard as far as the mechanism to transport data. I was told, if I wanted information on the stock performance to contact David Collins with Jaffoni & Collins at 212-505-3014.

I feel positive with the transition of the company from research to revenue producing. I am surprised the market has not acted positivily. I am sure there is a certain amount of fear that can build when you don't hear any good news over time.
