They appear to be talking about draft documents ... Good grief.....How many of us keep draft documents if we are preparing a speech?

If this is true, these people are totally out of line, and way far away from how to keep America safe.............

But, since and I quote: A spokesman for the commission would neither confirm nor deny the request, or the administration's response

then I suspect the situation is purely politics....probably a Kennedy thought.... because next it mentions, and again I quote: >>>>>>Critics of the administration have seized on Rice's scrubbed speech to back up charges that President Bush <<<<<<<<< and a sentence or two later, quote: Daniel Feldman, who was a director at the National Security Council under Bush's predecessor, Democrat Bill Clinton (news - web sites), said the excerpts appeared to "reflect the intellectual underpinnings for the administration's pre-9/11 neglect of counterterrorism."

What rock did Feldman crawl out from??? And WHY?
