What Kerry has said is what Bush told us all from the intelligence he gathered.

The issue that Bush is being faulted for is his leadership during the war. He failed to ask his generals about a exit plan. He failed to provide the leadership to the world and form a coalition of nations sanctioned by the UN as his father did.
