She sure created a muddle with the information.

You see this as good news for Skilling and Lay because the Fastows are reverting to hostile (as opposed to cooperating) witnesses for the prosecution? That makes sense. I certainly would have been better for the prosecution if the Fastows were cooperative witnesses. Perhaps they fear their suicides. Or should I say Baxter-cides.
