If I were a soldier in Iraq and I could leave the armed forces with the lousy pay and military chain of command to be a mercenary fighting the same war with: - zero military chain of command - 10X the pay - zero responsibility to the laws of anywhere (apparently this happened in Kosovo) At any rate, with the Executive Order for Bush Oil Protection in place, if a mercenary were involved at all in protecting oil or oil papers or oil executives of a car that uses oil, they'd likely not be subject to ANY law, ANYwhere no matter what they did. It's barbaric. It's Bush.
