Batch-reading is coming along on the Dev site. I've gone ahead and implemented the part of it that's done so far and should be able to finish it tonight or tomorrow. Having to leave soon, so I went ahead and put what I had into production.

Note that you're not limited to "Next 10" and "Previous 10". Go to the Options menu, and you can set the size of batches to whatever you want, from 10 to 100 in increments of 10.
