Caliente, Thanks for the post. The news release coincides with Terry's e-mail log (message #472). The July 30 message said there should be news with 20 days; I was starting to wonder if we were going to see it. This news should help the stock. We still have nothing certain, so I'm staying put with my position (not buying more). I don't know how to interpret the news release. Is a deal likely and close to happening, or was the news released just to give investors something? My guess is that, because Struthers has been so quiet these last few months, this release is substantial. Best wishes to all, Rob
