Tommy Franks says one WMD's strike in this country with Cheney-Bush in charge and you can kiss the US constitution goodbye.

For starters that is an inaccurate quote. While Franks talked about a possible constitutional crisis, I do not remember him being as emphatic about the issue as you imply. Regardless, his statement was a reminder as to why it is generally a bad idea to elect a general as president. Long live civilian control fo the military.
