I posited the quite vanilla thesis that neocons don't seem at all disposed to give, as you succinctly put it, "a rat's patootie when blacks are massacred." If I've overlooked their caring expressions of concern outside of the Iraq geopolitical debate, feel free to post them here. Think hard, I know you can figure it out. John
