It's very ironic that Bill Clinton made a big deal about the obsolescence of White House technology, but then only sent one or two emails in the "new and improved computerized WH" in his entire Administration.

When you have an army of staffers to do even the most mundane task for you, it doesn't exactly engender familiarity with the latest technology. "CEO senility" I call it.
