Here we go again, letting the pundits snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Talk to ANYONE who knows first hand about the Tet offensive in Vietnam. It was an OVERWHELMING AMERICAN VICTORY. We TOTALLY WIPED OUT the Viet Cong (which is why the NVA had to supply far more troops then planned originally) yet the MEDIA cast it as an American failure and that began the downhill slide to defeat. jdn
