"have news for you...If we had waited...we would STILL be waiting" Not everyone agrees with that view. Many obsevers say a UN coalition was only weeks away from being sanctioned, but Bush didn't know how to wait. Besides, Bush's record on getting along with other free world leaders was pretty bad, so he brought a lot of this on himself. Before 9/11, Bush snubbed world leaders left and right at every international conference he attended. So naturally, world leaders would be slow to cooperate with someone that never gave them any mind to start off with.
