not only that , they do not represent *all* of the family members of the victims

especially disliked many attitudes about the victims claiming they weren't compensated enough

i was against the u.s. compensating the victims from the beginning..

for me it is a matter of principle...

if the taxpayers compensate them, why not the families of the oklahoma terrorist attack? why not the families of the victims of the cole? why not the families of the african embassy attacks?

it was a bad precedent, a far better means of compensation, imo, would have been to establish a non-profit organization to accept contributions from all over the world for the families of the victims...
