On a macro level, energy has the opposite problem - it's undervalued because too many people (outsiders) have the wrong idea about the economics of energy. Right now, eneregy is about 8 % 0f S&P. Until it gets to maybe 15%, the bias is upward... The Boom Boom Room has lots of good info on energy stocks. Many of the small stock are underfollowed - TMR has 2 analysts, one of whom started recently.
