Whether the french were right or wrong is not the issue. Kerry's position is that we don't have a legitimate coalition without the French. Since I have proved that the french would have never agreed, the position is non-sequitor, could never have been and thus a vacuous policy. The original question, what to do about Sadr, has never been answered by Kerry, Again revealing the emptiness of Kerry policy.
