I think your assessment of the Presidents is correct. Interesting post. I think Carter the best out of the group. Kennedy never had a chance to really prove himself. He and Clinton too interested in "other things" .... Trouble is no one with a brain... intellect would run for president.. The politics takes up too much time and game playing in Washington.. Who has time to read. I heard that Kennedy read very fast,however, and consumed a great deal of information from many newspapers every morning. We are Monday quarterbacks. OH, thought Rice was brilliant... Quite a woman.
