I've done some research and found that this type of offering has been done by a lot of BIG and not so "iffy" companies like Microsoft, Zylinks, BAAN, Atmel, VLSI and lots more. The fact that those companies are much bigger than WIND in market cap shows the great confidence these analyst at DMG, H&Q and others have on WIND. The fact that WIND can even do something like this is credit to how it is run. We've seen that WIND's management team is performing, I'm sure this is something that was well thought out and weighed IMHO. Looking forward to tomorrow's earning results! z
