That's because there's no answer inside the box on what to do about Sadr. You can't leave him alone and you can't take him out. Each option is untenable. The answer lies outside the box and it's an answer that Kerry can't give because he, like Bush, was, and is, on the wrong side of the Iraqi question. The outside the box answer is to get the U.N. or Nato, in if possible and then, whether they are in or out, get out of Iraq. Let the Iraqis deal with Sadr.
