Dr. Rice elaborated(fillibustered) only when answering the questions from the Democrats. There was nothing factual in her answers. The facts were trying to intrude from all sides, but she kept on about structural and tactical. She answered nothing. And then to top it off, according to her, the only one to blame was Clarke, who was supposed to be in charge of CRITICAL WHATEVER. Like she had not already shunted him aside months before August 6. Come on, JDN. The emporer is naked. 9/11 could have easily been prevented, had they not been so busy erasing the Clinton legacy.
