Rice was inferior to Clarke by many degrees. She kept on message which was to say that the President had done his job and was keeping watch over everything ( what a joke ) and that this administration didn't have enough time to devise a plan to stop 9/11.

My take through the whole thing was that the Not so Supreme COurt made the blunder by installing a President who was not qualified and experienced enough to handle the job.

Condi told the panel and number of things she learned after 9/11 which was about the same as the rest of us.
