Ha! To tell you the truth, you do have a small point. We don't let them vote, presumably because we do not wish to allow people who have worked toward the destruction of society, to influence the society to any significant degree. But voting is a political act framed in the Constitution. Broadcasting, on the other hand, is something like standing on a public street corner and talking. If people wish to gather around an excon and obvious hypocrite to hear his speeches, they should be allowed to gather around him-- as repulsive as that may sound.
