Billy Beer was a bro, and the hullaballoo was small potatoes, as was Donald Nixon. There wasn't too much of looking into RR's life, despite the fact that Nancy was preggers when they wed. I think it started with Clinton, when he was asked, and answered "Boxers or Shorts" on MTV. Not only did he lower the bar, but he knocked it off.
There was one guy in the 19th century who fathered a child out of wedlock while in office. I think it became a campaign slogan, but not much more.
