Hawk, whatever do you mean, they seldom see "intolerant rantings calling for Israel's destruction"? The Palestinians hear these rantings every single Friday. They come from PA-appointed mullahs and are broadcast over PA TV. Exhorting the Palestinians to kill all the Jews is absolutely standard. It's not a secret - except in the pages of the New York Times.

So a NATO force, operating under UN authority engaged in NATION BUILDING, not merely peace-keeping

So, you think they will engage in gun-battles when the Palestinian terrorists shoot at them? Dream on. They will save themselves, run away, and let the Israelis take the hits. That is, if they went there in the first place, which they are not dumb enough to do.

One thing the Israelis have learned for certain sure in the last century: Nobody cares about dead Jews except the Jews.
