psychology has more to do with it than how much printing goes on -- anyway, there is nothing to compare this to -- it isn't either one of those --

confidence is very, very high -- there will be a more decisive break this time -- as opposed to 2000 ... many have literally bet the farm on a return of the "good times" -- when it doesn't happen -- it's global, baby.
