Corcept Therapeutics (CORT: news, chart, profile) plans to offer 5 million shares at $15 to $17 each in a bid to raise up to $85 million with underwriter US Bancorp Piper Jaffray.

Also, Immunicon Corp. (IMMC: news, chart, profile) plans to offer 6 million shares at $12 to $14 each in a bid to raise up to $84 million with underwriter UBS.

The IPOs are attempting to debut after Memory Pharma (MEMY: news, chart, profile) rang up a hefty gain after the company cut its IPO price to $7 per share.

Memory Pharma stock fell 45 cents to $9.20 on Thursday.
