Found an unreported bug in Batch mode. The "who wrote" message number was incorrect. It was showing the current message number.

readmsg and readmsgs both have functioning "Respond to" links now. The links take you back here in a new window with a reply window open.

Next up: Adding "View Replies" to messages displayed in batch-mode.
