Dave: Yesterday's activity was on light volume, 51,700 share versus average trading volume per day of 100,400 shares. The stock just needs some buyers like yourself. ATMI is is fastest growing equipment company having superb technology for advanced materials, environmental equipment, and delivery systems. There are two transactions pending which should put ATMI in the number 1 or 2 position in epitaxial thin silicon films and ultra-high purity semiconductor thin film materials. Regards, Jack
