Drudge was tracking Bush asking France and other countries for Global Troops. Don't know what happened to that "developing" story.

It sure looks like Kerrey is going to conclude that the admin COULD have stopped 911 in its tracks by going after flight schools and distributing information that had been gathered.

Rice then goes into the idea that there was no silver bullet (notice she doesn't address his comment) and that it was some kind of major structural problem. Structural problem? What structural problem?

Put out a message to the FBI, CIA, FAA etc. about flight schools, pilots, security at airports, etc. That's not structural, that's an urgent memo!

OMG these people are grossly incompetent.
